How to use Bluetooth Extension

Install the BLE Extension

BLE Extension for PN532Killer was released in Sept 2024 and it bring the hardware of battery, Bluetooth LE module, LF antenna and the screen. To use the Bluetooth extension, you need to connect them with cable and screws.

Change the Host Interface

It’s very important to change the host interface from USB to BLE to make the data transmit via USB to BLE characteristics for notifying and reading.

1. Power on PN532Killer
2. Switch to Settings > Host Interface
3. Switch down to BLE and press to save

MTools BLE App is available on both Play Store and App Store to use PN532Killer with BLE.

How to reset Host Interface

With the latest firmware, you can reset the host interface to USB by holding the switch for 5s.
